Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: The following duties are performed personally, in cooperation with Cooler management. 

• Responsible for controlling foot and motor traffic on and off company property.

• Provides direction to customer truck drivers delivering product; directs drivers to the appropriate loading dock and/or assists drivers with product transfers by communicating with both drivers and the dispatch department.

• Assists in the inspection and logging of customer trucks, per Company procedures and protocol.

• Works closely with Cooler management to resolve security issues and enhance and develop current processes and procedures.
