Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Grand Junction, CO
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Day Shift
Pay Rate: $18.00-$22.00 per hour (based on experience)
We are seeking a dependable and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff at our Grand Junction location. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Perform basic administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Communicate effectively with internal staff and external contacts
Follow company policies and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient with basic computer programs (email, scheduling, data entry)
Ability to multitask and remain organized
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Work Environment
