You'll be:** + Performing structural assembly, sheet metal fabrication, drilling, riveting, and installation of aircraft parts + Using tools such as portable riveting guns, pneumatic drills, countersinks, and shavers + Reading blueprints, work orders, and sketches to determine work sequences + Aligning, fitting, and assembling complex parts using jigs, fixtures, clamps, and fasteners + Conducting repairs per DMTs, MRRs, and PCOs and completing required rework + Checking all work to ensure defect-free assemblies before final inspection + Maintaining accurate logs and records and supporting Lean/5S activities + Supporting equipment upkeep, shift turnover communication, and safe housekeeping practices **This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:** + A **High School Diploma or GED** + **2 years of structural assembly experience** + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform basic shop math + Experience working with **Solumina** and **Smarteam** (preferred) + Strong attention to detail, hands-on mechanical aptitude, and ability to meet demanding schedules + Ability to work any shift, climb ladders/stairs, work in tight spaces, and lift 50 lbs + Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English **Additional Details:** + **Client:** Gulfstream + **Location:** Savannah, GA 31408 + **Employment Type:** 48-month contract + **Shift:** 1st shift, 4:50 AM-3:30 PM + **Pay Rate:** $25.66/hr + Must pass standard pre-employment screenings **What happens next** Once you apply, you'll move forward to the next steps if your skills and experience match the role.
