Schedule:

• Tuesday & Thursday: 2:00–7:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

Compensation & Commission

This role includes hourly pay plus performance-based commission :

• 5% commission on store-generated leads
• 10% commission on self-generated leads (cold calling, outreach, referrals you create)

Packages range from $100 to $6,500+ .
High performers who follow up consistently, generate their own opportunities, and close with confidence can realistically earn $1,500–$2,000+ per month in commission .

The Role

This is an in-person coaching and sales role inside a modern wellness studio.

You’ll guide clients through conversations about their health, recommend services and programs, and follow up until decisions are made.

You’ll also help maintain a clean, professional studio environment and support daily operations.

This role is a strong fit for someone with a background in sales, coaching, athletics, or team-based environments .

What You’ll Do

• Speak with leads and members in person, by phone, and by text
• Cold call new and past leads to book consults
• Coach clients through services and recommend appropriate packages
• Ask for commitment and handle objections professionally
• Complete computer work: CRM updates, notes, bookings, follow-ups
• Maintain studio standards: cleaning rooms, resetting equipment, presentation
• Drive referrals and self-generated leads

• Studio standards maintained

• Have coached people in fitness, sports, nutrition, or wellness
