Unleash your talent and redefine what's possible. **Job Description:** We are seeking a Project Manager - Software Automation to lead the delivery of large-scale automation software implementations. This role ensures successful integration, adoption, and compliance of automation systems within FAA operations. This position is hybrid and based on customer needs, the successful candidate should expect frequent, and at times short-notice, on-site requirements at FAA Headquarters in Washington, DC. For this reason, only those located within a 100-mile radius of FAA Headquarters will be considered. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Manage planning and execution of automation software projects, from development to operational transition. + Build and oversee project plans, budgets, milestones, and risk management approaches. + Coordinate integration, testing, training, and deployment activities. + Serve as the primary FAA interface for software implementation readiness. + Lead change management and communications to support user adoption. + Track progress, resolve issues, and provide status updates to leadership and FAA stakeholders. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). + 10+ years managing software implementation projects in large, mission-critical environments. + Proven experience with automation systems and systems integration. + Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. + PMP or PgMP certification **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** + Experience implementing FAA automation or aviation-related software. + Projects supporting air traffic management, safety, or surveillance systems. **Security Clearance Requirement:** None This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
