**Job Summary:**
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by streamlining operations, managing customer communications, and ensuring that our sales processes run smoothly. You will be the linchpin that connects various departments and facilitates effective communication, ultimately contributing to our sales goals and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Sales Support:** Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales materials, processing orders, and maintaining sales records.
- **Customer Interaction:** Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding account inquiries, order status, and product information, ensuring prompt responses and resolution of issues.
- **Data Management:** Maintain and update customer databases and sales tracking systems, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- **Reporting:** Generate sales reports and analyses to help the sales team monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- **Inventory Coordination:** Collaborate with the inventory team to manage stock levels, ensuring timely order fulfillment and minimizing backorders.
- **Event Coordination:** Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities, ensuring all logistical details are handled effectively.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to align strategies and enhance customer experience.
- **Training Support:** Help onboard new sales team members by providing necessary resources and support.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
