We’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals who are passionate about customer service, sales, and representing innovative home improvement solutions.

As a Retail Sales Associate you'll work face-to-face with customers, showcase exclusive products, and create tailored plans based on customer needs. You'll receive full training and support to help you succeed and grow within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and guide them through the sales process
• Communicate product features and benefits aligned with customer interests
• Follow a defined sales and service approach consistent with our retail partners’ standards
• Recommend solutions based on customer needs and preferences
• Greet and engage customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Receive and apply coaching to continuously improve sales and service performance

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• Experience in retail, sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred
• Goal-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets
