RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is looking for motivated Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) to provide virtual weight management and lifestyle counseling to our growing telehealth client base. This is a 100% remote opportunity with flexible scheduling — perfect for dietitians who want to deliver high-quality care while enjoying the benefits of working from home.
About the Role
You’ll be delivering personalized nutrition care to clients through our telehealth platform, helping them achieve lasting health goals. This role offers a flexible schedule between 20 and 40 hours per week, with competitive pay ranging from $30 to $36 per hour, depending on experience. You’ll be able to set your schedule within core telehealth hours and will have the backing of a supportive, collaborative team so you can focus on client success.
Your Responsibilities
Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) with an emphasis on sustainable weight management
Conduct virtual nutrition assessments and develop tailored care plans
Educate clients on evidence-based nutrition strategies, lifestyle changes, and behavior modification
Track progress and adjust care plans as needed to meet goals
Collaborate with healthcare professionals for a coordinated care approach
Maintain accurate documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system
Participate in team communications and occasional administrative duties related to client care
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field from an accredited program
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outpatient, weight management, or related settings
Strong knowledge of evidence-based weight management principles
Comfortable with telehealth technology and EHR platforms
Excellent communication skills with a client-centered approach
Preferred: Certifications in weight management, behavior change counseling, or motivational interviewing
