Overview: We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to lead the day-to-day execution of software delivery within an agile environment. This role is pivotal in translating strategic product vision into actionable development tasks, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the health and stability of software products.
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to align on product vision and roadmap.
- Translate strategic initiatives into detailed user stories and lead backlog refinement sessions.
- Partner with engineering teams to prioritize and manage backlog items, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and demos.
- Engage with users and stakeholders to gather feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and support product adoption.
- Flexibility to attend meetings across time zones, including early morning or evening sessions.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Generative AI products, including LLMs, prompt engineering, embedding models, and RAG frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, API integrations, and cross-functional collaboration with engineers and data scientists.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent experience in agile methodologies.
- Detail-oriented self-starter with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Passionate about learning and driving actionable outcomes.
- Proven ability to build relationships across diverse teams and roles.
- Skilled in simplifying complex concepts and presenting clear solutions.
About You: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5–10+ years in product management, product operations, or portfolio management.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.
- Strong communicator with the ability to synthesize and present data-driven insights.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level initiatives and working with OKRs.
- Curious, collaborative, and passionate about solving problems.
