We're looking for a savvy and strategic Part Time Social Media Manager to lead our organic content efforts across channels. This person is equal parts storyteller, strategist, and community builder—with a proven track record growing direct-to-consumer brands across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

You'll create and execute our social strategy, partner with creators, drive measurable growth, and build a two-way relationship with our pet parent audience. This is a high-impact role where creativity meets performance.

  • Own and evolve Vetted's organic social strategy across all channels (IG, TikTok, Facebook, Linkedin, etc.)
  • Lead content creation from concept to execution—short-form video, memes, carousels, UGC, and more
  • Build a consistent brand voice and look/feel that's fun, insightful, and deeply pet-parent relatable
  • Collaborate with influencers, creators, and pet parents to generate buzz and build community
  • Monitor trends and platform updates to keep Vetted ahead of the curve
  • Analyze performance, test content types, and optimize for growth and engagement
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and CX teams to support key campaigns, product launches, and customer moments
  • Collaborate with the content and medical teams to create social-first blog content that educates and engages pet parents, while supporting SEO and brand storytelling initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • 2-3 years of social media experience, with direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand or agency
  • Proven success growing brand accounts on TikTok and Instagram, with a portfolio of content that shows creativity and impact
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to shape a voice that connects emotionally and authentically
  • Comfortable being on camera or directing content with creators and pets
  • Deep understanding of social metrics and using data to inform decisions
  • Passion for pets, wellness, and creating culturally relevant content
    Bonus: Experience in the pet industry, wellness, or working with early-stage startups
