What is Takes to be a Part of the Team

• Communicate clearly and effectively with managers, kitchen staff, and front-of-house team members
• Remain on your feet and active throughout the duration of your shift
• Be a true team player—ready and willing to assist fellow employees when needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Safely lift up to 50 pounds as part of your daily responsibilities
• Bend, reach, and move with ease to support the fast pace of kitchen operations
• Handle kitchen tools and equipment (e.g., knives, slicers, mixers) safely and accurately, if required
• Maintain the highest sanitary standards, including frequent and proper hand washing

Responsibilities of a Dishwasher:

• Maintaining a clean and well-organized working environment
• Maintaining the availability of clean dishes at all times
• Cleaning kitchen appliances and machines
• Assist other staff members with tasks when the need arises
• Adhere to food safety procedures and regulations
