## **Overview**
We are looking for an **Executive Operations Assistant** — a rare, high-level talent who can operate as both the Executive’s right hand and the business’ operational backbone.
This is NOT a traditional EA role.
This is NOT a task-only, follow-instructions position.
This is for someone who is:

## **Key Responsibilities**
### **Executive Support**
* Manage executive schedule, priorities, inbox, follow-ups, and communications
* Handle coordination, documentation, and preparation for meetings
* Anticipate needs — provide solutions _before_ being asked
* Create clarity by organizing tasks, tracking commitments, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
### **Operations Management**
* Oversee daily business operations & ensure smooth workflow across teams
* Monitor tasks, deadlines, KPIs, deliverables, and team performance
* Coordinate between departments, contractors, and external partners
* Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
* Build SOPs, systems, and operational structures as the business scales
### **Leadership & Decision-Making**
* Lead with confidence, communicate clearly, and take ownership
* Make informed decisions without needing constant approval
* Offer strategic recommendations and challenge ideas when necessary
* Act as an extension of the Executive — representing priorities and standards
* Manage people with accountability and support
### **Project & Systems Execution**
* Break down big goals into actionable steps
* Plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish
* Ensure clarity, alignment, and consistency within the team
* Implement tools, automation, and workflows to strengthen operations
