• 40 hours/week, 5 Month Assignment

A leading university is seeking an Executive Assistant . The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries.

Ex ecutive Assistant Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars; schedule and coordinate meetings, and appointments.
• Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence.
• Maintain electronic and paper filing systems; ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Assist with meeting logistics (in person and virtual), including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.

Executive Assistant Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, Zoom, and office technology.
• Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.

Shift:

• Standard working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility for a 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. schedule.
