Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events
Support event timelines, schedules, and logistics
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams
Help prepare event materials, setups, and breakdowns
Monitor event activities to ensure smooth operations
Provide on-site support during events as needed
Maintain accurate records, checklists, and reports
