We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and promotional events. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to high-quality event experiences while working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of corporate, client, and promotional events
Coordinate logistics including venues, schedules, materials, and vendors
Support event setup, on-site operations, and post-event follow-up
Maintain accurate records, timelines, and event documentation
Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and stakeholders
Ensure events align with company standards, branding, and objectives
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
Comfortable working collaboratively within a team setting
