About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Entry-level Customer Service Assistant to support customer interactions across marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build strong customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service during marketing campaigns and promotions
• Engage with customers to communicate brand messaging and product information
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Represent client brands in a positive and professional manner
• Support events, brand activations, and customer-facing initiatives
• Collect customer feedback and assist with campaign reporting
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions where required
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign objectives
