Position Overview Communiboost We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Communications Coordinator to join our team and help elevate our brand presence. Salary Range: $16.50 - $26.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Create and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement tracking.
- Assist in the coordination of internal communications, ensuring employees are informed and engaged.
- Monitor communication trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for engagement.
- Organize events and workshops to promote organizational initiatives and enhance visibility.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a communications or marketing role, preferably in a nonprofit or corporate environment.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio that showcases your work.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
