Job Title : Ambulance Driver (Urgently Hiring)

Job Description :

We is seeking dedicated and skilled EMT Ambulance Drivers to join our team. As an EMT Ambulance Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating emergency vehicles while providing timely and efficient transportation for patients to and from medical facilities. In addition, you will assist the medical team during emergencies by providing basic patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Safely drive the ambulance to emergency scenes, hospitals, and other medical facilities.
• Provide support to EMTs and Paramedics in emergency care and patient transport.
• Ensure the ambulance and equipment are properly maintained and stocked.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during transport.
• Document necessary information related to patient care and transport.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during transit.
• Perform basic medical procedures, as directed by the medical team, when necessary.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Maryland EMT certification or equivalent
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or the ability to obtain).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry patients, as required.
• Prior experience as an EMT or ambulance driver preferred.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs.
• Ability to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods of time.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in emergency situations.
