The Vice President of Corporate Communications will serve as a key leader at NYPA, driving strategic and tactical direction within the Corporate Communications department and actively coordinate with the rest of the organization. The role demands a forward-thinking leader capable of directing the responsibilities of the communications team and overseeing the development and implementation of external and internal communications strategies. This person will lead four departments: integrated media and marketing, digital strategy, creative services, enterprise and executive communications. This position reports to the SVP, Communications and External Affairs and is responsible for aligning communication strategies with NYPA’s mission, business goals, and values.
ResponsibilitiesThe New York Power Authority is committed to providing fair, competitive, and market-informed compensation. The estimated salary range for this position is: $188,000- $245,000 . The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidates’ relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
