Job Title: Tier 2 IT Support Specialist
Location: Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid)
Duration: 9+ Months
Note: Must be available to report on-site for equipment inventory on the first and last days of the engagement.
"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking Tier 2 IT Support Specialist for an exciting Local job in Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid).
ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced remote and on-site (as needed) technical support for hardware and software issues.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, image, configure, and install PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
Utilize advanced remote toolsets such as SCCM Remote Tools, Remote Desktop, PowerShell scripting, and Active Directory to resolve issues.
Support deployment of new computer equipment and secure removal/surplus of outdated assets with accurate inventory management.
Manage computer accounts, groups, mailboxes, and distribution lists using designated account management tools.
Document support activities, issues, and resolutions in ServiceNow.
Follow all IT security policies and guidelines, and support implementation of security initiatives.
Prioritize tasks and projects effectively to deliver high-quality customer service.
2+ years of IT support experience specifically supporting Commonwealth of Pennsylvania systems.
Proven expertise with SCCM for software deployment, imaging, and troubleshooting.
Strong experience with Active Directory for user/computer management, group policy, and permissions.
Hands-on experience managing server folder permissions and shares.
Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and enterprise printing environments.
Experience scripting and automating tasks using PowerShell.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service and technical documentation.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow established standards.
