A rapidly growing property management company is looking for a Leasing Agent to float between multiple apartment communities in the Marietta or Atlanta area. We’re seeking someone who is people-oriented, motivated, and strong in customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leasing support across several properties
Welcome and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and process applications
Coordinate move-ins and assist with lease renewals
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with fair housing regulations
Participate in team meetings and resident engagement events
Strong communication and computer skills
Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
