The Market at East Bank Club is open to the public and is a one-stop shop for homemade food, fresh coffee, artisanal products, and much more. With offerings ranging from micro-farmed greens and fresh produce to a craft beer and wine selection, The Market is perfect for those who are not sure what's for dinner, when they want a delicious and healthy lunch, or need to make a quick stop to avoid a trip to the grocery store.
The Sous Chef will partner with our Registered Dietitian and other food and beverage leaders to develop food options and offerings. This person is a collaborative leader with an innovative mind, a passion for food, has previous experience in high volume production, and a dedication to excellence. Summary:Starting rate: $70,000 annually
Regular Schedule: Saturday-Wednesday, approximately 40-45 hours per weekWeekend and holiday flexibility required.
