Schedule: Full - Time

What you'll be doing: 

• Managing and resolving aged deals in miscellaneous status to maintain workflow efficiency and compliance.

• Coordinating and following up with DMV offices to ensure accurate and timely processing of title and registration requests.

• Overseeing the review, organization, and resolution of return packets to ensure accurate documentation.

• Ensuring the proper tracking and resolution of TTL (title, tax, and license) processes, addressing discrepancies and delays promptly.

• Providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Identifying opportunities to optimize workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance overall team performance.
  

What you have: 

• 2 or more years of experience in title and registration operations.

• Strong knowledge of DMV procedures and requirements.

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to identify and make recommendations for process improvements.

What will make you stand out: 

• 5+ years of experience in title and registration operations.

• Prior experience mentoring or leading a team.

• Experience working with a high-volume title processing environment.

• Proficiency in tracking systems or software related to vehicle registration.
