We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and self-starting Senior Associate to join our Corporate Communications team in New York, supporting media activities throughout the US, Canada, and Latin America. The Fitch Group Corporate Communications team is responsible for helping to protect and advance the firm’s reputation, through the promotion of Fitch’s research, ratings, and thought leadership. We frequently work with a wide variety of global media, including top tier global print/broadcast outlets, business and trade media, and national and local newspapers. The global team is responsible for supporting all of Fitch Group’s businesses in over thirty countries, including Fitch Ratings, Fitch Solutions, and Fitch Learning. This is a growth role with opportunities for promotion and career development for the right candidate over time.
This role helps the Corporate Communications team protect and enhance Fitch's reputation. As part of an integrated team, you will also collaborate closely with specialists in marketing, internal communications, content distribution, and digital teams to deliver optimal visibility for a range of stakeholders. We seek to optimize Fitch's visibility through topical, timely, and effective communications delivered with strategic focus and strong operating discipline. FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $95,000 and $105,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
