Akkodis is seeking a Salesforce Quality Assurance Lead for a Contract with a client in Cleveland, OH(Remote). This role involves leading cross-platform integration testing and designing robust automation frameworks using Selenium and JUnit.
Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Salesforce Quality Assurance Lead job responsibilities include:
Lead the QA strategy and planning for Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications.
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify test requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Manage defect tracking and resolution, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with development teams.
Mentor and guide QA team members, promoting best practices in Salesforce testing and automation.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce platform standards and maintain documentation for testing processes and outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a Salesforce QA Lead role.
Proven experience with Salesforce CRM systems, including Case Management and Sales/CPQ testing.
Hands-on expertise in automation testing using Selenium, JUnit, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
