Salesforce Business Analyst Alpharetta, GA, United States | On-site Ready to bridge business needs and technical solutions in a fast-paced Salesforce environment? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders across departments, gather requirements, and deliver scalable solutions that optimize our Salesforce platform. What You'll Do: 🎯 Partner with the business — Gather, document, and prioritize requirements for Salesforce enhancements and integrations 💻 Translate needs into solutions — Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that guide development and configuration 🔍 Analyze and optimize — Conduct gap analyses to identify process improvements and system optimizations 🤝 Collaborate cross-functionally — Work with Salesforce admins, developers, and solution architects to design and deliver effective solutions 🛠️ Support and configure Salesforce — Build workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and manage permissions ✅ Facilitate adoption — Lead UAT, training, and change management activities to ensure users maximize platform value 📊 Maintain knowledge — Keep system documentation, process flows, and training materials up to date 💡 Advise on best practices — Act as a trusted Salesforce advisor across the organization What We're Looking For:

• 3–5+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally focused on Salesforce CRM
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (fields, objects, workflows, page layouts, etc.)
• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and third-party applications
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification preferred
• Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

Preferred Skills:

• SaaS, technology, or hospitality industry experience
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar)
• Strong data analysis skills — building reports and dashboards
• Experience with change management and user adoption
