Today we are hiring a Remote/Hybrid, Sr Healthcare Financial Analyst in Grand Blanc, MI. In this role you must have at least 1+ years of sufficient  cost accounting experience within a large healthcare institution. This has to be on your resume experience.

Our client is seeking a Senior Decision Support Analyst to provide critical financial and statistical analysis that supports management decisions in a healthcare setting, so healthcare industry background will be required. This role involves working with large datasets and requires strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for operational improvements for a healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities
Provide analytical operations support using various data sources
Analyze and interpret data for management decisions
Identify areas of opportunity and develop proposals for program development
Recommend actions to resolve cost control and cost management issues
Prepare strategic and operational studies to improve system performance
Maintain reporting data integrity by verifying accuracy
Assist in implementing new systems
Work comfortably with large sets of data

Schedule and Shift Details
Hybrid options available; in-office once a week preferred.

Full-time (40 hrs/week)- M-F 8:00 AM - 5:0 PM

$80,000.00 per year

Qualifications   Required:

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• Data Analysis (1+ years)

• Meditech CA – Cost Accounting (1+ years)

• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:

  • NextGen Inpatient Financials

  • Sunrise Patient Financials Analytics

  • Clinical Quality

• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:

  • Excel

  • MS Access

• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:

  • Tableau

  • Qlikview

  • Power BI

• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:

  • Microsoft SQL Server

  • SQL

  • PostgreSQL

• 5+ years of experience in ANY of the following:

  • Healthcare Finance

  • Healthcare Financial Analysis
