Position: Remote Customer Service Representative
Pay: $12–$15/hr starting
Schedule: Flexible | Minimum 15 hrs/week
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. only)

At our call center, we’re seeking dedicated Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-growing team. You'll be the voice of support for customers and donors, making every call feel personal and appreciated.
What You’ll Do:
Answer inbound calls with a calm, professional tone
Assist donors and customers with empathy and care
Accurately log customer details in our system
Provide a supportive and positive experience every time
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
A high school diploma or GED
Strong, clear communication skills
Confidence using a computer (we’ll show you the ropes)
Availability to work at least 15 hours per week
Tech Requirements (or Willingness to Get Them):
Windows 11 PC (No Mac or Chromebook)
16 GB RAM
Dual monitors (not needed to start but helpful)
USB noise-canceling headset (not needed right away)
Hardwired internet connection (preferred long-term)
