Job Description

A polished front desk sets the tone for everything that follows, and this opportunity places you at the center of a fast-paced, client-focused legal environment in Los Angeles . Mission Recruiting is partnering with a well-regarded trial practice to identify a full-time receptionist who enjoys being the welcoming face of an office while also contributing behind the scenes through meaningful administrative and assistant support.

 

This role goes well beyond answering phones. You will serve as the hub for daily communication, organization, and coordination, supporting partners, clients, and the broader team. It is an excellent fit for someone who thrives on variety, takes pride in presentation, and enjoys being relied upon.

 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Greet all visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
  • Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk
  • Validate visitor and client parking as needed
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Receive documents via mail, email, and fax, and process them promptly
  • Scan, save, and organize correspondence into the firm’s electronic filing system
  • Distribute mail and maintain orderly digital and physical files
  • Coordinate client meetings and assist with travel and lodging arrangements
  • Interact with clients on operational and scheduling details
  • Provide personal assistant support to partners, including
  • Registering for trainings, conferences, and events
  • Coordinating flights, lodging, and transportation
  • Assisting with marketing initiatives and firm events
  • Support focus group logistics such as recruitment coordination, payments, food, and parking
  • Help plan firm lunches and internal events
  • Maintain a tidy, professional office environment and common areas
  • Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
  • Manage holiday decorations and overall office presentation
  • Provide additional administrative support as team needs arise

Compensation
