Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 + (Based on years of experience)
• Sign On + Relocation Assistance (up to $18,000)

Responsibilities

• Monday – Thursday 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM | Friday 8:30 – 4:00 PM
• After 90 days of Employment-32 Clinical Hours & 8 Admin Hours (Can Be Done remotely)
• One Rotating late night until 8PM on a Monday
• One Hour Lunch Break
• EMR: Athena – Target for charts to be signed off on within 72 hours of seeing patient
• 2 – 2.5 Patients Per Hour of all ages preferred but not required
• Treat, prescribe, and refer substance abuse treatment modalities
• Screen patients for physical illness and analyze explanations for psychiatric illness, as well as assess risk factors in patients for mental illness and broader wellness evaluations.
• On Call By Phone Only 1x Every 8 Weeks
• Reports to the Lead NP and Chief Behavioral Health Officer

Requirements

• Clear and active Nurse Practitioner in the state of Indiana
• PMHNP Board Certification
• Active DEA – or able to get upon securing employment if new grad
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
