Job Description

Objective:
The production associate performs tasks involved in the production of the company’s products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Feed raw materials into production machinery.
• Assemble goods on production lines.
• Monitor the production process.
• Carry out basic quality and testing checks.
• Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse.
• Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfill orders.
• Pack goods to be shipped and maintain work areas and equipment.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Eligibility for rollover to a permanent position depends on your good attendance performance.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• The ability to stand up for 8-10 hours a day with overtime opportunities possible.
• the ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
• The ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.
• Must be age 18 or older.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Preferred/ Desired:

• Need to be able to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• The ability to work with components that are in constant motion along an assembly line without.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift (Starting $16)
• 7:00 AM - 3:40 PM (8-10 Hour Shift with 40 Min unpaid Lunch)
