We are hiring skilled Process Technicians to support our injection molding operations on B and D shifts . This role is crucial for ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with GMP regulations. Available Shifts (12-Hour Night Shifts)

• B Shift : Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• D Shift : Thursday–Saturday and every other Wednesday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  Enjoy built-in overtime (8 hours every two weeks at 1.5x pay)!

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize injection molding processes to ensure consistent product quality
• Perform quality control checks , maintain GMP-compliant documentation
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain molding and auxiliary equipment
• Conduct routine process audits and ensure compliance with 5S standards
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance for validation and compliance reporting
• Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities
• Manage material flow and inventory within production lines
• Lead shift operations and mentor junior staff when required

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on injection molding experience in a manufacturing setting
• Familiarity with GMP , ISO, or other quality systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and complete technical documentation and logs
• Competent in basic math and production analytics
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long durations
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime
