Manage complex scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and event planning. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, correspondence, and visitors. Assist in preparing meeting materials, reports, and presentations. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
