Pediatrician

We are a mission-driven outpatient clinic in Homosassa, Florida seeking a Pediatrician to join our multidisciplinary team. This full-time opportunity offers strong clinical support, competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and eligibility for student loan repayment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary:  Experienced pediatricians: Up to $220,000 (based on experience)
• Salary : New graduates: $180,000–$200,000 (based on experience)
• Paid Vacation: 3 weeks of PTO for use after 90 Days of Employment 
• Paid Holidays: 8 paid federal holidays for use after 90 days of employment
• Continuing Education: 5 CME days with reimbursement with $2,000 Per Year 
• PSLF or Student Loan Forgiveness through NHSC: Eligible for up to $100,000 over a 3 year commitment
• Medical Insurance: Health, vision, and dental insurance - Covered up to 70% - Effective 1st of month following 30 days of employment 
• Life Insurance : Covered at at 1.5% of compensation - Effective 1st of month following 30 days of employment
• Disability: Short- and long-term disability - Effective 1st of month following 30 days of employment
• Retirement : 401(k) - Effective 1st of month following 30 days of employment
• Flexible Spending Account : Effective 1st of month following 30 days of employment

Position Details

• Schedule : Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
• Option of 8- or 9-hour workdays
• Includes a 1-hour lunch and 1 hour of daily admin time
• Patient Volume : 18–22 patients per day
• Setting : 100% outpatient – no hospital responsibilities, weekends, or holidays. 
• Call: One week at a time every 4–5 weeks (Sunday to Sunday). Shared between adult and pediatric providers. This will be after-hours, low-acuity, emergency-based only. No in-person visits required; just documentation in EMR

Requirements:

• Board Eligible of Certified in Pediatrics
• Clear and Active Florida Medical License
• New graduates welcome
