Je T'aime Patisserie is the best new bakery in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn. We are looking to add to our already strong team ,we are currently seeking Pastry Cooks for a 5 am start time ( full time position 35-40hrs). All candidates must share our love for baking and food and have a desire to learn more. Successful candidates will work well as part of a team, approach tasks with diligence and care, maintain attention to detail to meet our high standards. PASTRY COOK REQUIREMENTS-
baking knowledge welcomed
food handlers license a plus ( must be willing to get it 60 days after hire)
Knowledge and skills of basic pastry training
Knowledge of recipe testing and creation
Must be able to multi task
Attention to detail and precision in following directions and recipes
Be passionate about food and coffee
strong communication skills
Reliable and Timely
WEEKENDS AND EARLY MORNINGS A MUST
