Job Description

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of Oracle Applications experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle PLM (Cloud and/or Agile).
• 5+years of Mandatory project management experience.
• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
• Develop and maintain partnerships with third party resources, including vendors and researchers
• Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
• Proven experience in Oracle Product Development Cloud, PDH, and Change Management.
• Strong knowledge of product structures, BOMs, document management, and PLM workflows.
• Hands on experience with PLM integrations to ERP/SCM systems.
• Excellent communication, client facing, and documentation skills.
• Prior experience working in manufacturing, hi tech, or life sciences industries preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle PLM Cloud/Agile PLM solution design, configuration, and implementation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Provide functional expertise across Oracle PLM modules such as Product Development, Product Data Hub, Innovation Management, and Agile PLM.
