Job Description

Barton is seeking an experienced OB/GYN for a locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania, starting Nov 21, 2025. This 30-day opportunity involves 24-hour in-house call coverage over select weekends each month. The selected locum will be handling deliveries, C-sections, emergencies, and other OB/GYN cases. There is also a chance for an extension with this opportunity.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care during assigned 24-hour call shifts
• Respond to emergent and routine OB/GYN cases as needed
• Manage labor and delivery, including high-risk obstetric cases
• Perform gynecologic consultations and procedures as required
• Collaborate with on-site clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Additional Information

• Active Pennsylvania medical license required
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
• Prior experience with in-house call coverage preferred
