Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our busy Urgent Care team in New Braunfels, TX . The ideal candidate will have prior urgent care experience and a proven ability to manage patients independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide evaluation and treatment for patients with a wide range of urgent and non-emergent conditions * Perform minor procedures, wound care, suturing, splinting, and other urgent care services * Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests such as X-rays and labs * Collaborate with urgent care physicians and support staff to ensure high-quality care * Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care * Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system

Qualifications

* Licensed NP or PA in the state of Texas * National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) * Previous urgent care experience required * BLS and ACLS certifications * Excellent clinical judgment and ability to work independently

Schedule & Compensation

* 3 ½ shifts per week , with rotating weekends * Competitive compensation package based on experience * Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, malpractice insurance, PTO, CME allowance, and 403(b) retirement plan with employer match
