Hourly Rate:
- MLT: $24.67/hr – $37/hr
- MT: $28/hr – $37/hr
- Shift Differential: $2.50/hr (Second Shift), $5.00/hr (Nights)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) to join a dynamic healthcare team in Centerburg, OH . This night shift role offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs laboratory tests to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.
- Assists in the collection, processing, and analysis of tests ordered by a physician.
- Responsible for QC, calibration, and all instrument maintenance.

Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science
- Licensure: ASCP certification (or equivalent) required
- Experience: Prior lab experience preferred, but open to new grads
