Reports to: Mobility Depot Manager 

Status: Hourly, Full-Time, 40 hours per week 

Location: On-site, Tampa (Westshore area)

POSITION SUMMARY

The Mobility Depot Technician  is responsible for accurately configuring, deploying, and tracking mobility devices to meet client requirements and service level agreements (SLAs). This role focuses on hands-on fulfillment tasks including working tickets/requests, device staging & kitting services, etc. The technician will work closely with other depot staff, logistics , and client management teams to ensure efficient operations, timely delivery, and high-quality service.  

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  

Depot Operations:  

  • Stage and kit mobility devices according to client specifications. 
  • Package and ship devices in accordance with company and client guidelines. 
  • Follow daily task assignments and ensure all work is completed on time to meet SLAs. 

Inventory Management:  

  • Track and update device inventory in the management system. 
  • Assist with regular inventory counts and help identify discrepancies. 
  • Maintain accurate records of asset movement, device status, and deployment history. 

Quality Control:  

  • Conduct inspections to ensure devices meet client requirements and internal quality standards. 
  • Report defects, errors, or process issues to the Depot Lead or Supervisor. 

Collaboration & Support:  

  • Work closely with logistics, procurement, and technical teams to coordinate shipments and resolve issues. 
  • Assist with client onboarding or project deployments as assigned. 
  • Follow documented processes and suggest improvements when applicable. 

Process Adherence & Documentation:  

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date fulfillment and inventory records. 
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and security protocols. 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:  

  • Able to work in office (located in Tampa near Tampa International Airport)
  • Experience in mobility device configuration, deployment, or warehouse/depot operations. 
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting accuracy and quality standards. 
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
