Triple V ( is seeking an AI Product Manager for a direct hire position in the La Jolla area. This is an onsite role with operations Tuesday through Saturdays, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.

Our organization is also building a career development app helping students (18–22) land their first job after college.

Through our scholarship opportunities, mentorships, internship program, and new career launching app Vici: Level Up Together; we help motivate students while celebrating their successes. Unlike many other student advocacy organizations that solely focus on academics, we spotlight a variety of fields, including the performing arts and entrepreneurship. What are the AI Product Manager's Responsibilities:

• This AI PM will work on interaction logic design, and the deployment and evaluation of large language models
• Profound understanding of social networks and instant messenger products
• Understand the technical principles and potential of large language models.
• Building and scaling a mobile career development app for 18–22 demographic
• Leading growth and optimization of the onboarding funnel
• Designing AI-powered career tools (resume coach, AI mentor, etc.)
• Tracking engagement metrics and iterating based on data

Candidates should have:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, artificial intelligence, psychology, or other related fields
• Candidates should have at least 4 years experience with AI, LLM, application development and deployment
• Background with creating iterative product roadmaps using Agile methodologies
• Experience working with LLM and AI technologies
• Development experience with tools like Python, JavaScript, and React Native/NodeJS frameworks (this role will have limited hands on coding vs full product development expectations)
• Good communication skills and team spirit, able to solve problems proactively

Technical Stack and Experience:

• 2–3 years DevOps and deployment experience
• 3+ years full-stack React Native development
• 3+ years ML/LLM production deployment experience
• 3+ years user research experience (qualitative + quantitative)
