Marketing and Social Media Specialist Location Hybrid work in Mesa, AZ :

We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing SMS to join our team to help manage and oversee all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess creativity, exceptional organization and communication skills, the willingness to bring new ideas and be a self-starter who is able to multi-task while keeping a high attention to detail.

As a SMS you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence, our overall marketing successes and patient participation with our center.

Since SMS is the voice of our company, the successful candidate must understand our philosophy and unique voice. The person must model a passion for the company's mission , vision, and demonstrate behaviors in alignment with that vision. A person who already lives a plant-based lifestyle and has personal experience with natural healing modalities and methods would be best suited for this position. This position will not be like most SMS because we are not selling a physical product but services by providing information, so people understand why cancer occurs and how there is hope for true healing.

At our center we utilize an integrative medical approach in health care for people diagnosed with cancer. This requires that our SMS knows and understands naturopathic medicine, the importance of nutrition and has knowledge of mainstream cancer treatments.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage brand aligned messaging and campaign strategies
• Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to interact
• Develop content using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canava, and WeVideo
• Ensure content is informative and appealing and in alignment with our voice
• Moderate and respond to all user generated content to maintain brand consistency
• Analyze and report the efficiency of all campaigns
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Conduct market research of industry- related topics and related trends to identify new marketing opportunities
• Stay up to date with social media practices and technologies
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
• Help maintain a positive reputation across local business listing platforms such as Google My Business, and Yelp
• Assist writing and editing copy for marketing materials and edit content produced by other members of the team
