Leasing Agent
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Middleburg Heights, OH
Pay: $21/hr Bonuses
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K matching, Clothing allowance, paid holidays

Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team. This individual will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and will play a key role in guiding them through the leasing process—from first inquiry to signed lease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls and voicemail inquiries

  • Schedule all appointments using Outlook Calendar

  • Greet prospects and explain available apartment options based on their needs (price, size, location, etc.)

  • Show model apartments to prospective residents

  • Accurately enter and track prospect information in MRI system

  • Ensure all leasing paperwork is completed, signed properly, and application fees are collected (no cash)

  • Use external systems to process credit and background checks with accuracy and care

  • Prepare daily and weekly rental reports using Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company standards

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Familiarity with MRI or similar property management software is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with sensitive personal data

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Reliable, responsible, and well-presenting
