WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Legacy Residential is currently seeking an E xperienced Bi-Lingual Leasing Agent for a 500 unit residential property Located in PG County.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet and greet prospective residents
• Provide tours and promote attractive features / amenities
• Explain rental rates and income qualifications for a conventional community
• Record visitor traffic and leasing status into the database, follow up with prospects after viewing units or submitting applications
• Process applications, prepare lease paperwork and weekly / monthly reports
• Take ownership of marketing the property thru online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in multifamily residential property management
• Apartment leasing experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, Bi-Lingual skills, friendly, outgoing and display a positive upbeat attitude
• Office skills: customer service, typing, clerical, computer, telephone
• Knowledge of tax credit, fair housing laws, safety issues and / or a working knowledge of property management software are a PLUS

Pay: From $18.00 to $22 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Driver's License (Preferred)
