Job Description:
We are seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to provide ongoing user support and troubleshoot IT issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer hardware and software, network maintenance, and a passion for enhancing employee productivity through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, and peripherals.
• Analyze user needs and enhance efficiency and accuracy in IT operations.
• Execute system and network design and implementation while ensuring seamless integration.
• Train employees on software and hardware usage and provide ongoing technical support.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies to maintain cutting-edge operations.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in troubleshooting MS Office 365, VPN, Adobe, and McAfee.
• Experience with computer peripheral devices, including printers and scanners.
• Skilled in resolving issues on desktops, laptops, and Surface Pros.
• Knowledge of working in an Active Directory domain environment.
• Basic networking knowledge and command-line troubleshooting capabilities.
