Sales Representative – Phone Closer - HVAC
Location: Jacksonville, FL (On-Site)

J&W Heating and Air + Plumbing is hiring an Inside Sales team member to support real-time coordination between our HVAC technicians in the field and homeowners exploring repair, replacement, or upgrade options.
This role is focused on sales execution, not cold calling. You’ll work with warm, inbound leads, assisting in presenting and closing estimates over the phone—often while the technician is still on-site. If you can move fast, listen well, and close with confidence, this is a high-reward role.
What You’ll Do
• Engage in live sales coordination with HVAC technicians and homeowners
• Speak directly with customers during active service or estimate appointments
• Guide conversations, confirm next steps, and close jobs over the phone
• Follow up on open estimates and unconverted leads
• Own your assigned call-by-call lane, tracking activity and outcomes
• Consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs and close rate targets
