Imagine receiving a new flooring plank sample. You open your Mac, pull up Adobe Photoshop, and start refining a scanned design. A few careful tweaks, a test run on the industrial printer, a check beneath the Lightbox—then another iteration. The mission

Custom-create and replicate images that coordinate precisely with varied flooring planks, delivering accurate, repeatable color for our customers.

Your responsibilities

• Manipulate scanned designs in Adobe Photoshop and digitally adjust color per customer and flooring requirements.
• Proficiently operate and maintain a large industrial printer; Durst experience is a plus.
• Use an industry-standard Lightbox to observe color shifts and make necessary adjustments.
• Interpret job scope, cut samples from the correct area, and save color information while navigating required computer systems.
• Work with other departments to ensure color tasks are completed and approved on schedule.
• Anticipate potential problems; help the team prevent or resolve them quickly.
• Practice rigorous housekeeping: maintain equipment, organize/clean the print room and workspace, and manage both digital and physical files.
• Follow procedures for proper disposal of hazardous materials.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree in a business-related field preferred).

Physical demands

• Frequently bend and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable using sharp objects and climbing ladders.
• Occasionally handle and dispose of hazardous waste.
