Job Overview We are seeking a hands-on Government Cost Compliance leader to own our FAR/DFARS/CAS and DCAA-facing compliance program. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in FAR Part 31, incurred cost submissions (ICE/ICS), provisional and final indirect rates, allowability/allocability, and audit readiness. This role partners across Accounting, FP&A, Programs, Contracts, HR, and Supply Chain to ensure our practices are compliant, well-documented, and audit-ready, while advising the business on cost structures, billing, and policy.
