Front-End Developer – Human-Centered Interfaces
Location : Columbia, MD
Clearance Required : TS//SCI with Polygraph
Compensation Range : $110,000 - $260,000
What You’ll Do
This role focuses on building intuitive, reliable interfaces for people working on complex problems. You’ll help develop front ends that surface mission data clearly, streamline workflows, and reduce user friction. Some tools will be polished and production-ready; others will be quick-turn prototypes designed for feedback and iteration. Either way, you'll shape how people interact with the systems that support critical decisions.
We’re hiring across experience levels — from early-career engineers to senior developers with deep expertise in scalable UI architecture (SWE0 through SWE3).
