Description The Financial Business Partner will work directly with operational leaders to connect financial performance with business outcomes across Lifespark's Home Health, Hospice, Community Home Care, and Senior Living businesses. Success in this role requires strong technical analysis and a practical understanding of how the business operates, translating data into actionable insights that equip leaders with the tools to drive results. Core responsibilities include reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with additional involvement evaluating new opportunities, supporting growth initiatives, and contributing to strategic projects. The role offers regular visibility with senior leadership and the opportunity to influence both financial and operational performance in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Position: Financial Business Partner Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 annually, depending on experience Location: Lifespark Corporate Office, St. Louis Park 55416 **Applicant must live in Minnesota. Although this is a remote role, 1-2 days per month in-office required (for monthly financial meetings, etc. as well as additional in-person work may be required on an ad-hoc basis). Key Responsibilities: Act as a primary liaison between finance and operations leadership, providing data-driven recommendations and regular updates on business-level KPIs Assist with the preparation of business-segment forecasting and the annual budget process, identifying areas for growth and cost optimization Compile daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly business segment reporting, ensuring data accuracy while generating actionable insights Extract, clean and analyze large data sets from various sources to inform business strategies and process improvements Prepare pro forma financials to support new business lines, products and strategic growth opportunities (including M&A) Develop and maintain KPI dashboards that track critical business performance across departments and business units Support the month-end financial reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate financial presentations Optimize and streamline reporting processes through ERP and planning tools (e.g., NetSuite Planning & Budgeting) Provide financial input during contract and vendor negotiations, ensuring alignment with business objectives Collaborate on ad-hoc projects as required, helping to drive efficiency and support new business initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or economics (or related field) 3 - 5 years of progressive corporate finance / FP&A experience, preferably in a Healthcare settingStrong technical foundation in financial modeling; prior investment banking, corporate development or transaction advisory experience is a plus Skills & Expertise: Advanced analytical skills with expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong financial modeling capabilities to support forecasting, budgeting and strategic analysis (including scenario planning and pro formas) Familiarity with ERP and planning systems (NetSuite,NSPB) and ability to optimize reporting through these platforms Excellent communication and presentation skills, translating complex analysis into clear, actional recommendations for non-finance leaders Solid understanding of financial statements, key business drivers and performance metrics in a healthcare services environment Detail-oriented, proactive and solutions-driven, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with business unit leadership Contact Lifespark Now!
